Precast fencing is an excellent way to get the privacy, sound barrier, and protection you need for your property. Our fence systems are easy to install and long-lasting. They are also adaptable to your needs. Precast concrete may be used to create the appearance and feel of a standard privacy fence without requiring high labor or expense. After installation, our products are adaptable, so you may always make adjustments if needed.

We have completed projects across the United States for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. We produce, sell, and install prefabricated concrete wall solutions and custom fencing systems.

Precast concrete is made to withstand harsh weather conditions in almost every climate. Even after being installed, precast concrete gets stronger over time as the mixed concrete cures. The top of the wall must be higher than the bottom to have a proper position. This ensures that your property's precast fence or barrier has far greater strength than engineering requires. However, durability is only half of the problem. Precast concrete walls have a lifespan that can span many years, which is why so many people trust them over any other fence option. Think about how long you want your fence or wall to endure when deciding if you need one. Also, consider the material that will be used. Is it more cost-effective to save money and utilize a less expensive option if you have to replace the fence or wall every few years? Or is it preferable to invest in the most lasting and robust choice available?

Precast walls are very durable. They are essential in areas with severe weather, like hurricanes and high temperatures here in Florida, or brutal winter weather across the US. Precast walls will not only endure the test of time, but they may also harden and strengthen over time.

Our precast walls and fences are designed to fit together easily, so they can be installed quickly by our expert team. This means that you don't need heavy machinery or time to install them. Our team can construct numerous hundred linear feet of precast concrete walls and fences per month. This also allows you to quickly expand your concrete wall or fence as needed in the future. We also offer financing options to almost all customers. Give us a call to see if we can give you the sense of privacy and protection you've wanted from a concrete fence in Miami.

What do our precast products consist of?

There are three main components to our products:

Panels - Our precast panels are when make up the majority of your new wall or fence. These are the rectangular pieces that run 6 feet wide, and 1 foot high, which stack one on top of the other. For residential projects, the standard size is 6 feet tall (which is also the height maximum for residential fences in Dade County) but we can make them shorter, as well. For commercial projects, we install panels typically 8 feet tall above ground, but can go as high as 12 feet. This stacking design gives you the flexibility to mix and match heights for different areas of your property. This also makes mobilization and delivery of the products to your home or job site much more efficient than having panels that span the full height. These panels lock into place by fitting within the two posts, set on either side horizontally.

Posts- The posts are first fit into the footings, which are placed under ground for stability. Depending on the height you are seeking to install, we will set the posts deeper or more shallow. Once that is complete, the posts will be at the height set for your project. At this time, the panels are ready to slide into place between the dedicated, interlocking grooves of posts. Our posts range between 8 to 12 feet in height, for reinforcement purposes.

Footings - Footings are the solid concrete cylinders that are set under ground, for your posts to connect into. These give your posts high stability and wind resistance. We have two standard sizes for our footings, depending on the height of your fence. Our footings are 12 inches in diameter and 65 inches in height, and 18 inches in diameter and 55 inches in height.

Additionally, we offer several options including:

Post Caps - Post caps are included as an option, for a decorative touch. These are individual pieces added on top of each post, rather than simply having the flat top surface of each post. Our post caps have a diamond/pyramid shape and are made of the same high quality concrete as our panels, posts, and footings.

Panel Caps - Panel caps are another decorative option. These pieces are thin panels added along the top-most panel, giving the appearance of closing the panels off and widening the area to conform with the width of each post.

Stone Textured Panel Finish - In addition to our standard flat concrete finish, we also offer a stone textured panel finish. This gives a more sophisticated appearance to your precast fence, resembling a stone wall. The benefit of this, compared to a real stone wall is the ease of both installing and well as maintaining long-term.

Coping - We offer hand sealed coping between every panel, to give your new fence a uniform finish, taking away any slim gap lines.

If you have any additional finishes that you would like to inquire about and do not see listed, give us a call so we can make sure you get exactly what you want with your new project. We manufacture all of our own precast products, and do our best to offer the most affordable prices in South Florida, without compensating for quality. We have all necessary engineering specifications on hand, upon request, to assure our customers that we stand behind our services.
